We Are Returning From Coronavirus

4th August 2020

As lockdown loosens we have put measures in place to ensure we can safely return to the office. In this blog post we would like to share how we are ensuring our team and visitors to the office stay safe during these uncertain times.

  • Our phone systems are once again up and running. During lockdown you may have classed and had to leave a message for your call to be returned. This is no longer the case. When you call the office you will be put through to a member of the team that will be able to help you.
  • You are welcome to come into our office to discuss apprentices and apprentices. We will be following government guidelines, social distancing guidelines will be followed and unlike usual, we will not yet be shaking hands on arrival, until the government allow us to do so.
  • We have installed clear plastic screens on all desks so you can chat freely to our team without risk. There are also masks available for employees and visitors to the office. Hand sanitiser is readily available and we recommend using it as you enter our building.
  • Our training rooms have been re-designed. This is to allow us to run our popular first aid training courses in a safe and hygienic way, in line with government guidance.

If you are looking to apply for any of our courses, this can still be done through our website. We are in the process of creating a new system that will allow you to complete an online induction form through the website as well as applying for the course. This will allow for a quicker response for candidates, so you can start your course sooner. As soon as this goes live we will let you know via our social media platforms.

The government guidelines can and may change from time to time. Here at Riverside Training, we will stay on top of these changes and guidance. Any changes that affect ourselves, our clients or apprentices we will make you aware of via email or social media.

Please stay safe during this time – you are important!
