It is also suitable for learners who have more of a general management or technical responsibilities, or who occupy a specialist internal consultancy role within their organisation and hold a position that will allow them to influence decision making and shape how customer service is delivered inside or outside their organisation.

There are no formal entry requirements, although learners must be able to work at the required level and have proficient use of the English Language.
